I can’t say enough good things about Brandon. Over the past few months, I’ve had them out to my house a few times to fix various plumbing issues—everything from my leaky kitchen faucet replacing to a pretty serious drainage problem in the basement. Every single time, they’ve been prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. One story that stands out: last winter, we had a pipe burst right before a big storm was set to hit. I called them in a panic, expecting to wait hours, if not days, given the weather. But Brandon was at my door within the hour in Lowell. Not only did they fix the issue quickly, but Brandon also took the time to show me what to watch for in the future and gave me some tips on insulating pipes to prevent a repeat. I never felt like just another customer, they genuinely care and go above and beyond. It’s rare to find a company that’s not only great at what they do but also makes you feel like youre completely taken care of.

I had a semi urgent situation where I needed a control valve replaced in my shower and called these guys as well as a couple other places and most people were not available but these guys in between a couple of jobs that they had in town were able to come out and get the job done for less money on a semi emergency basis than anybody else in the area. Ryan of EMR Plumbing and Heating is a knowledgeable and dependable professional. I had another company that had completely batched on a new furnace installation 3 years ago causing massive failures and damage to the brand new furnace needing regular repairs through each year. When it finally completely failed I needed a new professional I could trust. Ryan came in and spent hours going through everything in the furnace to try and fix some pretty severe issues caused by the prior servicer’s careless and incorrect installation. He really could have charged us more than the furnace was worth for the amount of time and parts this thing needed. However he had empathy for our situation and was very fair, and honest with what he could due and what he charged. And though I know due to the prior damage I will probably need additional repairs down the road, My furnace is working today because of Ryan and EMR Plumbing.
