Over the past few months, I’ve had them out to my house a few times to fix various plumbing issues—everything from my leaky kitchen faucet replacing to a pretty serious drainage problem in the basement. Every single time, they’ve been prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. One story that stands out: last winter, we had a pipe burst right before a big storm was set to hit. I called them in a panic, expecting to wait hours, if not days, given the weather. But Brandon was at my door within the hour in Lowell. Not only did they fix the issue quickly, but Brandon also took the time to show me what to watch for in the future and gave me some tips on insulating pipes to prevent a repeat. I never felt like just another customer, they genuinely care and go above and beyond. As someone with 2 generations of plumbers coming before me, I immediately saw how fast and accurate he was at his job. His quality and knowledge reminded me of my recently departed Grandfather and my uncle who is a life long plumber. After Ryan created EMR Plumbing, Bearded Viking Builders pulled them in to quote every job that required a plumber. Ryan never once lied to a client and always entered every job clean and professional. EMR Plumbing left jobs done on time and above expectations. Bearded Viking Builders will immediately seek to retain EMR Plumbing when we return to New Hampshire in the summer of 2024; as should anyone else looking for straight forward and honest plumbing quotes!
